New Single: i love

“i love” is a rock ballad, a song about finding love in the present moment, seeing it in the small details. It was written in Glen Park as I walked through the beautiful canyon, observing the trees, listening to the birds singing, and hearing people’s footsteps behind.

New Single: Shot to the heart

“Shot to the heart” is about the “un coup de foudre,” the French saying for love at first sight. I wrote it one night while I was thinking about this person, who I had fallen for and listening to gunshots ringing in the neighborhood. The juxtaposition of love and death, when you feel so strongly it’s like you’re being split apart. Your blood..your love.. your tears are one in the same.

New Single: Fade Away

“Fade Away” is about letting go of toxic relationships and being in a flow state, enjoying all that life throws at you. I wrote this when I was going through a situation with someone who I was holding on to knowing that I had to set myself free from the imagined future we shared, releasing myself and him without unnecessary drama, just letting it fade away.

Cover of “Qué vendrá”

My cover of “Qué vendrá,” originally by the amazing French artist Zaz, will be on all streaming platforms December 21st!

My dad inspired me to cover “Qué vendrá,” which combines French and Spanish lyrics. It is about what will be, will be and having the confidence to launch yourself into the world, come what may.

My first song in Italian!

I’m excited to release my cover of “Il cuore è uno zingaro” originally by Nicola Di Bari! My dad inspired me to do this song that I have heard him play for me throughout my childhood. The heart is a gypsy is the meaning of the title.. and I relate to the feeling of a restless heart.. There is so much to love in life and so much more love to discover. The first song I attempted in Italian.. and I hope to have done this beautiful song justice.
